TÜBİTAK Project Closing Workshop: Network Agenda-Setting, Need for Orientation and Public Opinion on Syrian Refugees: Evidence from Turkey

You are invited to the closing workshop of the TÜBİTAK-supported research project led by our faculty member Associate Professor Dr. Gizem Melek from the Department of Radio, Television, and Cinema. The project focuses on the cognitive effects of the media on public opinion. Traces of the polarized media system in Turkey have been examined in the cognitive maps of public opinion through the case of Syrian refugees. We welcome those who are interested in the research results to our event.

The event is a joint collaboration of Yaşar University’s UNESCO International Chair on Migration, Department of International Relations, and Faculty of Communication.
